Hi, I’m Estera
I started WichWay because growing businesses need more from finance than just compliance. They need support they can actually use.
I’ve spent years working in large organisations where finance decisions are supported by whole teams. Accountants, analysts, systems, and processes designed to help leaders think clearly, test scenarios, and make the right calls. Even with all that support, finance decisions are still hard.
Growing businesses face many of the same decisions, just without that level of infrastructure.
